The Lowdown

The 5 Star Bill and Coo takes about 20 minutes to walk into town where much of the action is happening including nightlife and main sights like the museums and the Mykonos Windmills. A short walk gets you to Megali Ammos, the nearest beach. The second is a Bill and Coo Suites which is right on Agios Ioannis beach.
The heart of the hotel is built around its outdoor infinity pool, which has luxuriously plush loungers and shade umbrellas facing the sea. It’s not the biggest sundeck around, but is generally large enough for the small number of guests here. On the periphery, the restaurant and lounge bar has covered outdoor seating, set on a wooden deck that’s partially composed of frosted glass panels

The Rooms

There are a lot of small variations in layout and furnishings between the 30 suites here, and seven different room types in all, ranging from the standard Sea View Suites, to Deluxe Suites with outdoor hot tubs, to uber-luxurious options with their own private plunge pools. Suites start at 38 square meters (409 square feet); all fit two guests, except for the two-bedroom Superior Suites, which fit four. All have furnished balconies facing the sea, and modern decor with pristine white walls playing off of rough exposed stone and wood accents. Minimalist wood furnishings include desks and sitting areas with couches and coffee tables.

Food & Drink

A complimentary à la carte breakfast is served every morning at the Bill & Coo Gastronomy Project. Breakfasts are phenomenal here with a nearly endless selection of fresh-made dishes, mostly Greek but with plenty of international options. This is one of the best breakfasts on the island. Breakfast is served daily from 8 am to 11 am.
The Lounge Bar is open all day long from 8 in the morning until midnight. The bar offers a great selection of beer and wine, though their specialty is cocktails. Their signature drinks all feature fresh, seasonal fruits and herbs in creative combinations.
The Bill & Coo Gastronomy Project – Their signature dining experience offers gourmet Mediterranean fusion cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients, perfect wine pairings, and a romantic atmosphere. Dinner is available from 8 to 11:30 pm.

Services and Facilities

The hotel offers a beautiful pool with direct sunset views over Megali Ammos Beach and the sea, there is also a Spa,called Valmont Spa, offering exclusive treatments for individuals, couples, and groups of up to 8. Spa facilities include a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. There is a small but well-equipped gym onsite with cardio machines, a cable machine, and free weights. Equipment is in great shape. Personal trainers are available on request. The hotel specializes in bespoke experiences. Their skilled concierge team can arrange anything as basic as private dining to extravagant private jet charters.
